The following is an overview of the possible scenarios and costs that may be encountered during debt collection procedures.
WE WIN, NO FEE
Initial costs: 100.00 EUR +VAT upon acceptance of the case.
In case of success of the Extrajudicial phase, and therefore all amounts have been recovered: Main amount, Interests, Recovery costs
BASILE INTERNATIONAL LEGAL FIRM WILL INVOICE, AS FEES, ONLY THE INTEREST AND RECOVERY COST PAID BY THE DEBTOR, AND THE MAIN AMOUNT WILL BE TRANSFERRED ENTIRELY TO THE CLIENT WITHOUT ANY CHARGE.

In case of partial recovery of the amounts (eg.: only main amount or part of them) the following percentages are applied:
- Up to € 30.000 : 10%
- To the highest value up to € 60.000: 8%
- To the highest value up to € 100.000: 6%
- To the highest value over € 100.000: 5%

NON RECOVERABILITY CERTIFICATE
When the recovery activity turns out to be impossible due to several legal and structural factors, our lawyers will issue, upon request, a Non-Recoverability Certificate with a summary of all the activities that were carried out to collect the debt as well as the legal and non-legal reasons for which the debt is deemed unrecoverable.
